It crops your poster on your own device before it uploads, which is not something a page can do without it. Email bhm@cahn.org.uk instead and a CAHN admin will pick it up. Put in the name of the event, a link to it, the date and start time, the venue and its full address including the postcode, a sentence saying what it is, the price, and a poster if you have one.
